I recently purchased a laptop through Novaware and not only was the price very competitive the laptop was delivered, checked, software installed and i was given fantastic advice on some of the features of the laptop i would never have known about.
Kris, the technician, was very professional, personable, efficient and managed to explain quite complex techie computer gargon in plain, simple terms that i could relate to.
I have also had Novaware service another laptop, which they completed quickly, while backing up all of my existing files and thoroughly explaining exactly what the problem was and how it was repaired.
I have recommended Novaware to a number of work colleagues and friends and our workplace is currently considering using Novaware for webpage development.
